Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch. Once dispatched and a courier tracking ID is generated, orders cannot be canceled in transit.

Parcel Opening Policy: Standard courier safety rules in Pakistan do not allow parcels to be opened before payment is made to the rider. If you face any issues after opening your parcel, our Return & Exchange policy fully protects your purchase.

Product Appearance: Minor color variations may occur due to photography lighting or individual phone screen settings.
